The ATOS Q is a scanning solution for complex measurement and inspection tasks. It’s mobile, versatile, and precise, making it a perfect fit for the shop floor. The ATOS Q meets high metrological demands for many industries, and along with the GOM Inspect software, it’s a fast, compact, and simple-to-use optical 3D measuring system.
Features
Designed for Industry Use: The ATOS Q delivers fully traceable measurement results even under harsh conditions, making it suitable for industry use. The optical and electronic systems are dustproof and splashproof - making it ideally suited for taking a project from the measuring room to production
Packed with Cutting-Edge Technology: Capture quality information fast and with precise detail, providing a reliable basis for data analysis. Its Triple Scan Principle makes it ideal for measuring reflective surfaces and objects with dents. The Blue Light Equalizer increases the brightness of the light source and transfers uniform, speckle-free light to the projection unit.
Fast Results, Exceptional Performance: The Blue Light Equalizer and fast data processing enable the ATOS Q to achieve outstanding performance and speed. The Blue Light Equalizer enables high-speed fringe projection and is so powerful that short measuring times can be achieved even on optically uncooperative surfaces. Industrial ports with fiber optic cables and robust plug-in connections allow for high data throughput.
High-Speed Precision with Blue Light Technology: Precise fringe patterns are projected onto the surface of the object and are captured by two cameras based on the stereo camera principle. GOM's projection technology works with narrow-band blue light, which means that interfering ambient light can be filtered out during image acquisition.
Extremely Versatile and Ready for Any Challenge: The ATOS Q can operate in both manual and semi-automated modes. Mounted on a tripod, the ATOS Q is suitable for the measuring room and for mobile use in production. In combination with a tripod or desk stand, the rotating GOM ROT 350 scanning table, or a motorization kit, the ATOS Q may be used for semi-automated operation.
