Fuse 1

A compact contained ecosystem that packs industrial power at an affordable price making SLS printing extremely user friendly. Prints on the Fuse 1 can take anywhere between 6-48 hours depending on the size, complexity, and density of parts with an average time of prints taking 36 hours. From print setup to powder recovery, Formlab’s easy-to-use hardware and software are designed to maximize your efficiency at every step of the process.

Fuse Sift

The powder recovery station and the Fuse 1’s sidekick. The Fuse Sift is used to remove the print from the build chamber, clean the parts, sift the loose powder, and mix used powder with fresh powder at a chosen ratio. This powder recycling feature allows for little to no waste to be created.

Nylon 12 Powder

A strong and versatile material for functional prototyping and end-use parts. Formlabs is offering high-performance materials at the lowest cost per part. This is the first powder material for Fuse 1 and is specifically developed for the Fuse 1. It is important to note that there is no open mode for printing materials other than the Formlabs Nylon 12 powder and other future materials designed for the Fuse 1.
