CarbonX PA6+CF is a high-performance carbon fiber reinforced filament made from a PA6 copolymer and high-modulus carbon fiber. Engineered for strength and durability, this material is ideal for 3D printing structural components that require high stiffness, enhanced chemical and thermal resistance, and excellent surface finish - all while maintaining ease of printability. Compared to previous grades, Gen 3 offers a higher heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 147°C at 0.45 MPa, enabling use in more demanding, high-temperature environments. Its exceptional rigidity allows designers to reduce material usage and overall part weight without compromising stiffness or performance.
