When can I expect my order?
Please note all shipping times are estimates. Our team works hard Monday-Friday to get your order out within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Times are subject to change during holidays. All shipping estimates are expressed in business days. Orders placed before 2pm ET will be shipped out that day if the order is fully in stock.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email address provided. Here you are provided with a shipping date and can follow the status of your order. Can't seem to find your tracking number? Send us an email at email@example.com and we will be able to provide one for you.
Can I pickup my order in store?
Yes! We offer instore pickup from 9 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday at our Toronto head office. Pickup address is: 30 International Blvd, Unit #1, Etobicoke, ON, M9W 1A2.
